Teaching Philosophy
Everyone has different learning patterns and preferences to explore new knowledge. Education is the tool to figure out these preferences and suitable ways for individual learning. I personally believe in constructivism learning theory. Learning is a life-long procedure. Through interacting with others, connecting pervious knowledge and concepts, people can construct meaningful ways for their learning processes. As a teacher who used to teach in preschool, I prefer to motivate students’ interests first and to ask different level of questions to advance and lift their critical thinking. Through doing projects, people can learn and apply what they have learned in their learning processes. Education development is the main key to increase the possibility of better life quality for all human beings.
